My cardiologist prescribed this medication to reduce my blood pressure, but it's not working. I haven't been able to reach my cardiologist to discuss it so I reduced the dose by half off my own back. When I did reach him on the phone, he was quite happy that I had halved the dose on my own initiative. The symptoms didn't disappear and then he prescribed me another medicine that had same side effects, albeit less serious. I also stopped taking that.
