Citalopram

Citalopram (40mg) for depression

It is worth gritting your teeth to get through the first 2 weeks because it makes your symptoms 10 times worse. This is a part of it all though and you need to persevere. After 3/4 weeks I felt no more pain and after 7/8 weeks I was starting to feel good. It takes a while though. After a year and a half I can properly enjoy my life again and I have decided to start coming off them. I'm doing this really slowly and it's going well. I would recommend this medicine to everyone who's stuck in a dark place because it will bring you out of it.
