I've been taking Diazepam for about 14 years now for anxiety and nervousness. Given that I now want to stop taking it, 3 weeks ago I went down to half a tablet, i.e. 5 mg. Now, after 3 weeks, it feels like I'm walking though mud and I feel sick, can't hardly push the pedals on my bike around. I'm not sure if this is why but I think I might be trying to come off them too quickly. I think I'll go back up to 10 actually.
