Citalopram (30mg) for anxiety disorder

I've been taking citalopram for seven weeks. I found the first weeks hellish but they got less worse realllllllly slowly. I wake up in the mornings shivering, am really queasy all day and have got raised, hot layers under my skin.. I really hope it gets better but I'm finding it reallllly hard to cope with the side-effects which are going away reallllly slowly. In the patient information leaflet it says 2 to 3 weeks, yeah right, whatever.
