I use a maximum of 3 a day and every 3 months I quit tramadol for 1 month after my injection of depomedrol. I have no withdrawal symptoms. This I do because experience has learned it's more effective this way and there is no need to use more. No real side effects. When I take the first capsule nothing happens, it starts working by taking the second capsule, which I take after an hour. The pain reduces from a 10 to a 7 or 8. I've noticed there are several brands and not al of them work as well. After trying several I now only use one specific brand.
