I personally don't have any erectile problems but I have heard positive stories about this (even if you don't have erectile problems). The effect (half a 20 mg pill… so 10 mg). Super! Really natural (not that you suddenly get an erection). But during the act the effect was definitely noticeable. Although a little dangerous as far as "addiction" goes… I'll probably only use it now and then. And even then in moderation. Problem I had: after taking it (2 to 3 hours later) I got blue lips.
