Hello, I've just got a little question normally I take 50 mg sertraline and this works perfectly and for as long as I can think I haven't had any side effects.. Perhaps a little lower libido. I now spend a lot of time abroad, e.g. for about 3 months. I thought I was only staying for 2 months but I stayed for an extra month and ran out of medicine.. I got some Sertraline in America but on it it says ; Sertraline HCL 50mg. 3 days after I started taking it I suddenly got really bad headaches, I couldn't sleep and was really nauseous.. Anybody know if this medicine works any differently if you get it abroad? Thanks
