Citalopram (30mg) for depression

Hello. I've been taking Citalopram for a long time now. Because I'd like to get pregnant, the doctor said I have to come off it. I was on 30 mg .. now on 15 mg. I also take 100 mg trazodone. Coming off Citalopram is really hard. I'm now on a half-dose but I've got to keep going. Starting to get anxious again, quickly irritated, hardly any interest in sex, tired, lifeless, irritating itch, pressure sounds in my ears which is getting worse. Has any one here had this experience??? I'm afraid that once I've finished coming off them I'll slide back into my anxiety and depression. The thought of it makes me cry. It was going so well. Thanks, Femke.

Don't get pregnant, you're unstable as it is.
