Had 37.5 to start off with but I was really dejected and hardly made it through the day. Now I am taking 2 x 75 a day and I feel a bit better, and like a new person. The worst things are the nasty taste in my mouth as well as it being dry. First off it was okay but then I was given a different brand and I am suffering more with a dry mouth and bad taste.
