Pregabalin (75mg) for spinal stenosis

This drug is supposed to work for nerve pain. From by lower right back - because of trapped nerve - pain radiates from my groin into my knee. Walking and standing are the worst, sitting and lying are okay. Unfortunately it's no good for me. It only gives me side effects, like dizziness, loss of concentration and less desire for sex. I actually feel like the pain is getting worse.
