Citalopram (10mg) for mood swings

I have been using this stuff for years, it works well for a long time, now that i am getting more sick, i have noticed that it doesn't work as well anymore. Downside is that once you start taking it it's very difficult to stop.

Seroquel

Quetiapine (300mg) for mood swings

I use this for my depression and mood swings. and they're good sleeping pills, for sleep I take 4 x 300 mg long-acting. I also take 3 x 20 mg temazepam and 3 x 10 mg diazepam. I sleep really badly but now that I've got my driving licence back, i'm starting to come off them, slowly. Seroquel has given me a dry mouth and made me put on weight, eat more.. so that needs to stop.

Quetiapine (200mg) for mood swings

Despite all the side-effects, Seroquel has actually made my life better. Without Seroquel I have really bad mood swings, hypomania periods where I struggle with my environment, abuse alcohol, can't sleep, feel paranoid. For me and my environment, Seroquel is the solution which enables me to live an acceptable life.
