Pantoprazole (40mg) for congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH)

since 2010 I've been taking 40 mg pantoprazol twice a day because I've got a congenital diaphragmatic hernia. the medicines have always helped me but last time, I was given pantoprazol in a little pot (usually in blister packs) since then I've been suffering with heartburn! this is probably because every time I open the pot oxygen gets into it and so reduces its effectiveness. tomorrow I am goi...

Pantoprazole (20mg) for congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH)

Here are a couple of important tips that have helped me after just two weeks: make sure you're sitting upright before, during and after eating, (so don't eat on a sofa!); have small snacks 6x a day instead of three large meals a day; make sure you move after you've eaten, even if it's only wandering through the house for five minutes.
