Ibuprofen (400mg) for cluster headache
For me, Ibuprofen had the very strange effect of making me rather indifferent, making over-confident decisions and driving dangerously. Has anyone else noticed any mental side effects?

Zolmitriptan (2,5mg) for cluster headache
Chronic cluster headaches since 2007. Verapamil has always worked for me. But I had to take more and more (420 mg a day). Then you have to stop for 6 months so that when you go back to it, it is more effective. Topirimate also worked for a while but it gave me really bad palpitations,stopped and afterwards insufficient effect (reverse familiarisation) Now no more prophylactic medicines for 6 mo...
